Stars including Tom Hardy, Olivia Colman, David Tennant, Kristen Bell and Nick Grimshaw have teamed up with the BBC to support its #1in4 campaign as part of its Minds Matter mental health season.

The celebrities have posted selfies holding up four fingers with the hashtag #1in4 on social media, with the aim to 'break through the stigma associated with mental illness'. Grimshaw commented 'Anxiety and depression are more prevalent than you think. I wanted to get involved with the #1in4 campaign to help people realise they're not alone. Having mental health issues is nothing to be ashamed about'.
